Jim Brown, CPIM
Managing Partner Mr. Brown brings to The Performance Group team over twenty years of business process consulting and operations management experience. Having conducted business process reengineering projects in the U.S. and Europe, managed manufacturing and supply chain operations in the aerospace and automotive industry, and negotiated and managed multimillion and billion dollar IT outsourcing agreements, he brings deep expertise in process & systems implementation, and organizational change for financial services, insurance, energy, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing industries. He holds an M.B.A in corporate finance from the Stern Graduate School of Business, New York University and Master’s degree in engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York and is APICS certified.Vice Presidents
Marie Clark, Six Sigma Black Belt
Ms. Clark brings to the TPG team over fifteen years of business process consulting and establishing and managing Six Sigma programs. A Certified Six Sigma black belt, Ms. Clark honed her expertise leading Six Sigma projects for General Electric, managing turnaround programs, establishing project management best practices, and conducting Six Sigma process training. Leveraging her experience and expertise she assists clients with Six Sigma process improvement, needs assessment, product selection, program/project management and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) strategy development. Ms. Clark holds a Masters Degree in Education and Bachelors Degree in Marketing and is Six Sigma black belt certified.Jerry Gordon
Mr. Gordon brings to the TPG team over fifteen years of experience and expertise architecting and implementing BI solutions to provide companies with actionable information to drive bottom line performance. Having had responsibilities for client/server, mainframe, and multi-tier web-based application software development and all aspects of Professional Services including the design, development, and delivery of e-Business-based application systems and DW/BI solutions leveraging multi-technology and software platforms Jerry brings a unique blend of experience to the team. He holds an MBA in systems management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Computer Science Degree from the University of Connecticut.Partners
